As I recall, back in the late 70′s or thereafter, the Law Library was moved to a building at the other end of the block from GGU. (I surmise about where the Chase Building is today.)
This photograph symbolically represents the move of the Law Library to that location. (Actually, the Law Library had a few more books than those shown on the cart.)
